Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period

Customers may apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the order. If more than 30 days have passed since the shipment date, we may not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange service.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, products must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be returned with original packaging;
• All accessories and attached components must be returned together;
• A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Products that do not meet the above requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Exchange Service

At present, we only provide exchange services under the following circumstances: defective products, items damaged in transit, or wrong items delivered due to shipping errors. If you want to exchange for a different style or model, we recommend you return the original item first and place a new order.

6. Return Process

To apply for a return, please contact our customer service team via email: support@pinkstallioncosmetics.us. Please provide your order number and return reason. Our team will send you detailed return instructions and return address.

Please use a shipping method with tracking service when sending back items. We may not accept items returned without prior authorization.

7. Return Shipping Fee

Unless the item is defective, damaged during transportation, or shipped incorrectly by us, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer. Once the order has been dispatched, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

8. Refund

After we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will inform you of the refund approval result. If your application is approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment account. Refund processing usually takes 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.
